ANTEA Cement publishes the Integrated Annual Report for 2020, the 7th consecutive report, which provides an overview of the company’s performance and achievements. The report was certified by independent auditor Grant Thornton Albania, with limited assurance on Environmental, Social and Governance issues, regarding material sustainability performance issues. This report also meets the advanced level criteria, according to the United Nations (UN) Global Compact Communication on Progress.
The ANTEA Cement Integrated Annual Report for 2020 (IAR 2020) has been prepared to meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders, in relation to financial, environmental, social and governance issues and covers all operations of the ANTEA Cement Plant and respective quarries, which include the operation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Alba Cemento Shpk and Cementi ANTEA Srl, operating respectively the terminals of Tirana and Ortona (Italy), in connection with the production and distribution of cement and cement products.
ANTEA has also introduced the Sustainability Performance KPI Index and subsequently used it to build its reporting approach, covering a wide range of performance indicators, in related materials issues and Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
